BankMaszyn.pl – the online advertising marketplace for machinery and equipment, available at www.BankMaszyn.pl, owned and operated by "ekomer-k.wróblewska" general partnership, based in torun, ul.lipnowska 21-23, entered in the register of the national court register by the district court in torun, vii commercial department, under krs 0000223923, NIP 956 214 20 00, hereinafter referred to as "website".

EKOMER - means "EKOMER-K.WRÓBLEWSKA" General Partnership, based in Torun.

USER - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, which after undergoing the registration procedure will have access to the services offered by the BankMaszyn.pl EKOMER and can use the platform as both buyer and seller.

SERVICES - means that all services provided electronically through the site BankMaszyn.pl EKOMER.

PRODUCT RANGE - means a thing, a service or right that may be offered at BankMaszyn.pl, in accordance with these regulations.

ART. 3: REGISTRATION

1. User registration in BankMaszyn.pl platform is free (except for sponsored content and advertising appearing on pages BankMaszyn.pl) and allows you to add information about goods, services on BankMaszyn.pl website.
2. EKOMER reserves the right to make payment for services already rendered, or the introduction of new, paid services.
3. In order to register you must complete the registration form located on the site BankMaszyn.pl, then select a user name and password.

6. In order to implement the agreements or make any other legal transaction with the user, ekomer may process the data necessary due to the property of the service or its method of accounting.
7. Registered user of vortal BankMaszyn.pl has access to their data, and is required to update them. you can request removal of their personal data from the database, except that EKOMER may refuse to remove personal data in cases justified by law.

ART. 4: INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES

ART. 6: FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated herein shall apply applicable law. the invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision of these regulations shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remainder of the Rules.
