Machine description

The FARO EDGE measuring machine consists of:
– a 2.7 metre long measuring machine with base plate and probe,
– battery and cables,
– a removable handle,
– a non-standard case (hard case).

Applications of the FARO EDGE 2.7 M machine
- measuring and verifying the dimensions of machine parts of any shape
- measurement of shape deviation and contour of a workpiece
- coordinate measurement of the dimension and position deviations of components such as body and shaft
- checking the alignment of bearing blocks
- precise measurement and shape mapping of individual components and assemblies with CAD files

The measuring arm is new, unused and ready for use.
