Machine description

The sheet profiling line was produced in 2017. The machine is able to process a sheet of 92x0.5mm. The last thing produced by the rolling mill was reinforcement for storage shelves. The machine's efficiency with the current shape of the final product and with the dimensions of 92mm (width) by 0.5mm (thickness) is 7-8mb per 1 minute. The profiling machine enables the production of semi-closed and open profiles of various shapes. The entire line has 15 sections of profiling rolls, a guillotine, a 10t hydraulic press, and also allows you to adjust the speed of work. This enables the production of complex profiles of many shapes from sheet metal with a width of over 200mm.
