Machine description
The H.E.F. HEF DURFERRIT thermo-chemical treatment line has been continuously serviced and upgraded throughout its service life. About 2.5 years ago, the lining and heaters were overhauled and the main nitriding ladle was replaced. It is also possible to purchase a new spare main ladle for the offered machine at an additional cost.
The production line includes:
– a ladle for washing/rinsing workpieces (3 pcs.)
– plunge pre-heating furnace
– SURSULF nitriding furnace
– TFI nitriding furnace
– OXYNIT nitriding furnace
– workpiece preservation ladle (water + COROLAC preservative + air)
– charge transport unit
– spare nitriding blowers
– process equipment
