Appraiser for the valuation of machinery valued my stove on 100 thousand and pointed out that the price of 100 thousand is appropriate , given the very small operation of the furnace. Heats were held once a month. Heats were a total of 210 - 220 over the years ( 1994 - 2007). Total work hours of furnace is 2/3 of a year ( 1994-2014 )
