Machine description

The line enables the production of electro-energetic cables with double-layer insulation with rubber-like fillers as well as cables insulated with cross-linked polyethylene, cables in non-combustible insulation layers and PVC insulated cables.
The essential element in the extrusion line is the extruder control system coupled with laser measurement system which allows precise operation control of selected extruders depending on parameters of a manufactured product.
Extruders unit includes:
- main extruder ø 120
- second extruder ø 90
There are four screws attached to the main extruder fi 120 which enables processing of the types of material mentioned above.
