Pneumatic press for mattresses is designed for furniture industry. It can be used in manufacturing of the big pieces of upholstered furniture with spring mattresses or upholstery foam. It greatly facilitates the production of such vast furniture; it provides even compression of springs or foam rubber to the desired thickness over the entire surface.
Upholstering of a cloth is carried out by its pre-stretching it on a mattress, it gives a good effect - upholstery cloth has smooth surface with no visible wrinkles.
Also, there is a significant time saving, because the whole operation can be done by one person, the press continues to hold elements of the furniture in the same position in which it was placed under the press for the upholstery and provides easy access to the furniture.
